Black Kettle in L.A. Deli Magazine, At Viper Room This Sun.

L.A. Deli online magazine – who selected Black Kettle as “Artist Of The Month” this past March – have posted an article on their recent “Paint The Town” video release, and upcoming Viper Room show.

The girls hit the stage for their first full-band performance in Los Angeles at 9pm. You can get tickets from them (contact them through any of their social networking or email destinations – www.blackkettlemusic.com), or through TicketWeb.

It’s going to be an amazing show!

Light FM Remix and Narcocorrido Film

Studio P has been a busy place of late.

Rafael has been tracking and mixing a song for the opening sequence of the short film, “Narcocorrido.” The film is a look at the modern-day Mexican folk drug ballads of the same name. But since I’m essentially taking crib-notes from the movie site, you should check it out for yourself:

Meanwhile, I took a break from my usual duties to get my dance groove on. I recently completed a remix of Los Angeles indie band Light FM‘s new single, “Mercy.” It’s been posted for public perusal on their Soundcloud Page, which I highly recommend checking out. They’re a very cool band. Or you can listen here:
